Dubai Mall is set to make fashion history this month with the launch of its first-ever Festival of Fashion, bringing together renowned industry experts and prestigious international brands for a groundbreaking two-day event.

Scheduled for January 29–30, 2026, the Dubai Mall Festival of Fashion (DMFOF) promises to transform the iconic shopping destination into an immersive platform celebrating fashion, creativity, and cultural expression. The festival will feature curated masterclasses, live fashion moments, and exclusive brand experiences designed to inspire and educate fashion enthusiasts across the region.

The festival's opening day will showcase a carefully curated programme of masterclasses led by some of the region's most influential fashion and beauty figures. These intimate sessions offer attendees practical insights and creative inspiration directly from the professionals shaping today's fashion landscape.

Cedric Haddad will lead "The Art of Looking Camera Ready," a masterclass exploring the nuances of dressing for photography. Participants will learn how movement, lighting, and visual composition can enhance their presence both in professional shoots and social media content.

Maram Zbaeda presents "Cultural Codes in Contemporary Styling," examining how diverse global influences can be thoughtfully integrated into modern, wearable fashion. The session promises to bridge traditional aesthetics with contemporary design sensibilities.

Beauty takes center stage with Mariam Khairallah's "Beauty Editorial: From Concept to Canvas." This insider look at editorial makeup will explore the technical elements of structure, skin, and lighting that create compelling high-fashion beauty narratives.

Rounding out the masterclass programme, Mai Galal will explore "The Power of Accessories," demonstrating how strategic use of proportion, layering, and statement pieces can elevate any outfit and define personal style.

Space for these masterclasses is limited, and registration is now open through the festival website.

The festival has secured partnerships with an impressive roster of international fashion and luxury brands, each bringing its distinctive perspective to the event. Official partners include Temperley London, Kwanpen, Judith Leiber, Marc Jacobs, Armani Beauty, Kayali, and Narciso Rodriguez.

These brands will activate throughout the masterclass and showcase spaces, creating opportunities for discovery, interaction, and inspiration that extend beyond traditional retail experiences.

Organised in collaboration with Lana, the Dubai Mall Festival of Fashion represents more than a standalone event. It marks the establishment of a new annual platform designed to celebrate Dubai's evolving status as a global fashion capital, one that bridges international influence with regional creativity.

As Dubai continues to position itself at the intersection of East and West in the fashion world, DMFOF offers a fresh approach to fashion events—one that prioritises education, accessibility, and cultural exchange alongside celebration and spectacle.

Fashion enthusiasts interested in attending are encouraged to register early to secure their place at the masterclasses. Additional session details and festival highlights will be announced in the coming weeks.
