Scheduled for release in the UAE and Lebanon on February 29, 2024, the highly-anticipated sequel to "Dune" is set to captivate audiences with its continuation of the epic saga. In other regional markets, fans can anticipate an Eid release on April 11. To ensure fans across the Middle East experience the sequel simultaneously with the rest of the world, an exclusive week of previews is set to sweep through markets outside the UAE and Lebanon. From February 29 to March 6, 2024, fans in these countries will have the opportunity to be among the first to witness the exhilarating saga.
"Dune: Part Two" is Denis Villeneuve's adaptation of Frank Herbert's renowned 1965 novel, picking up where its predecessor left off. Filming in Abu Dhabi's Liwa desert took place over 27 days during the winter of 2022, with nearly 20 locations capturing the essence of Arrakis. The production involved a team of 300 local and 250 international crew members, along with 500 extras, showcasing the collaborative effort behind bringing this epic tale to life.
