Global Village’s Season 31 VIP Packs went on sale on 26 September, exclusively on the Coca-Cola Arena website. If you’re planning to buy one, it’s worth deciding quickly: stock is limited, each Emirates ID can buy only one pack, and packs have sold out fast before – in Season 27, back in 2022, they were gone in under an hour. The park reopens on Wednesday 14 October, and the season runs until May 2027.
This guide explains what a VIP Pack actually gets you, covers all six, and walks you through choosing the right one.
First, what is a VIP Pack?
A VIP Pack is a season bundle for regular visitors. Instead of buying a ticket at the gate each time, you get a set number of entry tickets for the whole season, VIP parking just 100 metres from the Cultural Gate, and credit for Carnaval’s rides and games, along with show entries and discounts at other Dubai attractions.
There are six packs this season. Four are Global Village-only: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Two are ‘Mega’ packs that add Dubai Parks and Resorts passes on top.
What’s new this season
A new box. The packs come in a ‘Global Village Story Book’ box designed as a keepsake, with seven Season 31 pins honouring the UAE inside.
A bigger prize. One pack contains a cheque for AED 31,000, up from AED 30,000 last season.
Higher prices. Every pack costs more than in Season 30, by between AED 40 (Gold) and AED 350 (Diamond).
Reworked Mega packs. Last season they included a Dubai Parks and Resorts annual pass. This season, that has been replaced with bundles of three-month passes or day tickets.
What every pack includes
VIP entry tickets. Each ticket admits one person once, so a family of four uses four tickets per visit.
VIP parking. A parking voucher and car sticker for the VIP zone, 100 metres from the Cultural Gate.
Two Wonder Pass cards. Preloaded with points for Carnaval’s rides and games, which average 25 points each. VIP cards also get up to 50% bonus points when you top up.
Shows and attractions. Star Seating at the Stunt Show, plus entry to Neon Galaxy X and Exo Planet City.
Partner offers. Free Dubai Parks and Resorts, Real Madrid World tickets and Riverland packages; 50% off at The Green Planet and on Roxy Cinemas Platinum tickets; 40% off T-Rex Glamping; and 20% off food and drink at Dubai Parks and Ain Dubai.
How to choose: three questions
1. How often will you go, and with how many people?
Start with the entry tickets. Multiply the number of people in your group by the number of visits you expect to make. A couple going once a week for the whole season will use around 50 entries, so Silver may be enough. A family of four going most weekends could use 100 to 140, which puts you in Gold territory.
For comparison, a standard ticket cost AED 25–30 at the gate last season. At those prices, Silver’s 100 entries would be worth AED 2,500–3,000, so the pack only pays off if you use most of them. Season 31 gate prices haven’t been announced yet.
2. How many cars will you bring?
Silver, Gold and the Mega packs include one parking voucher. Platinum includes two, and Diamond three, along with a remote-controlled dedicated space. If your household often arrives in two cars, that is the main reason to step up to Platinum.
3. Do you also go to Dubai Parks and Resorts?
If you do, look at the Mega packs. Mega Silver costs the same as Platinum (AED 3,490), so you’re choosing between more Global Village entries and a second parking space (Platinum) and a bundle of Dubai Parks passes (Mega Silver).

Not a regular?
If you’ll only visit a handful of times, a VIP Pack is probably more than you need. Global Village’s Family Fun Pass, listed at AED 399 on its website, includes four entry tickets, a Wonder Pass with 400 points and a free Carnaval ride. Season 31 tickets, including the Family Fun Pass, go on sale later this year.
How to buy, step by step
Check you’re eligible. You must be 18 or over with a valid Emirates ID. Each ID can buy one pack per season, and packs can’t be resold or transferred.
Buy online. Packs are sold only on the Coca-Cola Arena website, first come, first served.
Register your pack. Benefits only activate once you register the pack online with your vehicle plate number. Changing the plate later costs AED 170.
Use it before May. Entry tickets and Wonder Pass points expire at the end of Season 31.
Mind the parking hours. The VIP parking zone closes an hour after the park does, and cars left after that are fined AED 200.
