Sheraton debuts its newest Dubai destination on The Walk

JBR just got a serious upgrade. The former Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach has officially rebranded as Sheraton The Walk, Dubai, marking a new chapter for one of Dubai Marina's most prime locations. With sweeping views of the Marina skyline and Jumeirah Beach just steps away, this isn't just a name change—it's a complete reimagining of what urban hospitality looks like in 2025.
Sheraton The Walk has undergone extensive renovations to align with the brand's modern design philosophy. Think refreshed guest rooms, redesigned public spaces, a revitalised pool area, and fully equipped gym facilities. But the real game-changer? The introduction of the Sheraton Club Lounge—an exclusive space reserved for Marriott Bonvoy Elite members that promises comfort and elevated offerings in equal measure.
With 361 spacious rooms and apartment-style suites—including options with up to four bedrooms—the hotel is positioning itself as the go-to for families, long-stay guests, and anyone who wants more than just a place to crash. It's a 'live, stay, and explore' kind of vibe, perfectly suited to Dubai's growing appeal as both a business hub and leisure destination.
One of the standout additions is &More by Sheraton, a hybrid café and market concept that's all about connection and community. Whether you're grabbing a coffee before hitting the beach or settling in for a light lunch, this casual hub is designed to feel like your neighborhood spot—even if you're just visiting.
The lower plaza level has also been redesigned with the modern guest in mind. There's a Community Table equipped with wireless charging stations, soundproof Booths for focused work calls, and Studios for informal meetings or private dining. It's the kind of thoughtful design that acknowledges how people actually work and socialize today.
While the hotel has undergone significant changes, some things are too good to mess with. Fan favorites like Fogueira Restaurant & Lounge remain untouched—and for good reason. This authentic Brazilian dining experience continues to draw crowds with its live entertainment, samba dancers, and panoramic views of the Dubai skyline.
Speakeasy Bar is still the spot for live music, sports screenings, and hearty bites in a lively atmosphere, while Jones the Grocer keeps serving up gourmet all-day dining with fresh, premium ingredients. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Sheraton The Walk sits in one of Dubai's most coveted neighbourhoods. You're a short walk from The Walk at JBR, packed with cafés, restaurants, and shops. The metro station is nearby for easy access to the rest of the city, and Ain Dubai—the world's tallest observation wheel—is practically in your backyard. Marina? Right there. Beach? Steps away. It's the kind of location that makes you feel like you're at the centre of everything.
Karolina Paliszewska, Multi-Property General Manager for Sheraton The Walk, Dubai, along with Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road and Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai, shared her thoughts on the rebrand: 'The launch of the new Sheraton The Walk, Dubai marks a significant milestone for the hotel and Sheraton brand in the UAE and region. We are confident that the updates to the hotel design and increased facilities will meet the needs of the modern-day traveller and help us reach even more guests as Dubai advances as a leading global destination for business and leisure.'
Sheraton The Walk, Dubai isn't trying to reinvent the wheel—it's refining it. From the redesigned spaces to the community-focused amenities, everything about this rebrand feels intentional. It's a hotel that understands what today's travelers want: flexibility, comfort, connection, and a damn good location.
First opening as Delta Hotels by Marriott in September 2019, Sheraton The Walk continues to evolve as a vibrant hub in JBR—bringing together locals, business travelers, and leisure guests in a space designed for meaningful connections and effortless stays.
Whether you're a Bonvoy loyalist, a family looking for a spacious base in Dubai, or someone who just appreciates a well-designed hotel in an unbeatable location, Sheraton The Walk is worth checking out.
