The Autumn Fashion Collaborations Worth Your Attention
A Copenhagen label meets an activewear giant, a Red Sea resort turns its villas into silk pyjamas, and a footwear brand invites three designers to reinterpret its archive. Here are six autumn collaborations worth knowing, and the pieces that caught our attention

The best collaborations only make sense once you see them. On paper, a Danish fashion label and a technical sportswear brand have little in common. Neither do a Saudi island resort and a London pyjama house. In practice, each partner brings something the other can’t do alone, whether that’s technical expertise, a distinct design point of view or a strong sense of place.
This autumn’s line-up spans activewear, statement eyewear, designer footwear and resort dressing. Most pieces are already available in the UAE, one launches exclusively at Dubai Mall on 15 October, and another can only be purchased on a private island in the Red Sea. Here’s what each pairing brings, and what we’d choose from each. For everything else new this month, see our October fashion drops and store openings.
1. GANNI x lululemon

lululemon brings the technical side: its Nulu and Softstreme fabrics run through the 22-piece collection. GANNI brings everything else, from leopard print and ruffle trims to bold colour combinations. The starting point was dance, specifically the dance films of the 1980s. “80s dance movies have been part of my life since I was a child, so they felt like such a natural starting point,” says Ditte Reffstrup, Creative Director at GANNI. The campaign, “Joy Is a Power Move”, stars actor Jennifer Beals and singer and dancer METTE.
The Rave pick: The reworked Define Jacket. It takes one of lululemon’s most recognisable silhouettes and gives it a distinctly GANNI treatment. The leg warmers and bolero are worth considering too, particularly if you like the idea of bringing dancewear into your everyday wardrobe. The collection launches exclusively at lululemon’s Dubai Mall store in the UAE on 15 October.

2. Zendaya x On, Collection 2

Zendaya’s second collection with the Swiss perf
ormance brand, co-created with stylist Law Roach, carries on where the first left off: pieces built for movement that work just as well off the track. This time, there are bold python prints, oversized silhouettes and adjustable details that let you change the fit. The campaign was directed by Pantera, with stills by Cass Bird.
The Rave pick: The Cloudnova Moon Mary Jane. Its hybrid design sits somewhere between a sporty trainer and a classic Mary Jane, making it the collection’s most interesting option if you’re looking for something beyond the usual everyday sneaker.

3. ECCO.Kollektive AW26

ECCO’s collaborative project brings three distinct design perspectives to its footwear archive this season. Natacha Ramsay-Levi, formerly creative director at Chloé and now ECCO’s creative partner, reworks the OG JOKE with exaggerated proportions and an athletic edge. London-based Craig Green brings his utilitarian approach to familiar ECCO silhouettes, while White Mountaineering founder Yosuke Aizawa explores the intersection of outdoor functionality and engineered leather.
Three designers, three very different approaches to everyday footwear.
The Rave pick: Ramsay-Levi’s OG JOKE for its exaggerated proportions and more directional silhouette. Craig Green’s designs are the alternative we’d consider for a quieter, utility-led wardrobe.

4. JIL SANDER x Oliver Peoples, Collection 2

The second sunglasses collection from JIL SANDER and Oliver Peoples, designed by JIL SANDER creative director Simone Bellotti, is about contrasts: Japanese precision meets softer, more rounded shapes. The frames are handmade in Japan, with lenses made in Italy. There are three new styles. Edition 7 features a titanium frame with a sculptural top bar, while Editions 9 and 10 come in thick, carved acetate. “These are glasses that interact with the face, following its shapes with harmonious lines,” says Bellotti.
The Rave pick: Edition 9 in Black with Carbon Grey lenses. Its sculpted acetate frame gives it enough presence to stand out without relying on colour; Edition 10 in Bright Blue is the more statement-making alternative.

5. Jimmy Choo “Pearls of Wisdom”

To mark its 30th anniversary, Jimmy Choo turns to the pearl, the traditional symbol of the milestone, for a capsule spanning shoes, bags and jewellery. Creative director Sandra Choi explores the motif through several interpretations: the ITHACA wedge features three resin pearls beneath its sole, the INGRID flat adds a pearl buckle to an Oxford-inspired silhouette, and the INES family of pumps, mules and flats is finished with baroque corsages. The OYSTER clutch takes a more sculptural approach, recreating the irregular shape of a baroque pearl in plexi.
The celebration extends to Dubai, where Jimmy Choo’s redesigned Mall of the Emirates boutique features bespoke pieces by architect and maker Shaha Raphael, inspired by the collection. Marble plinths and sculptural side tables bring the pearl theme into the store itself.
The Rave pick: The INES flat for its balance of everyday wearability and decorative detail. For evening, we’d choose the OYSTER clutch. Its sculptural shape makes it as much of a design object as an accessory.

6. Shebara x Olivia von Halle

Shebara sits on its own island in Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea destination, known for its polished stainless-steel overwater villas that reflect the sea and sky. London loungewear house Olivia von Halle has translated that look into its signature silk pyjama set and eye mask, in a steely blue created for the resort. The mother-of-pearl buttons are a nod to the villas, which line up across the water like a string of pearls.
The Rave pick: The silk pyjama set in Shebara’s exclusive steely blue, complete with the resort’s monogram. The matching eye mask makes a smaller keepsake, but the full set is the piece we’d choose. It’s a subtle way of taking the resort’s distinctive design home with you.
