PANGAIA SS26 Moves From Court to Coral in Dual Capsule Release

PANGAIA’s SS26 season moves across two worlds — performance on land, preservation at sea — in a dual release that connects material innovation with a broader environmental lens.

The Courtside Capsule, the penultimate drop of Second Nature, reworks racquet sports codes into everyday silhouettes: clean, close-cut, and designed for ease of movement between court and city. At its core is (gaia)BioStretch, a new double-knit fabric made with bio-based nylon and elastane, shifting technical wear away from fossil-derived inputs while retaining stretch, recovery and softness. Alongside it, recycled nylon pieces in 100% GRS-certified fibres extend the same performance logic through a circular approach.

Finishing technologies remain discreet but functional. HeiQ Cool™ regulates temperature continuously, while HeiQ Mint™ uses plant-based peppermint oil technology to extend freshness and reduce wash frequency. The collection itself stays minimal: racerback tanks, a fitted dress, and a skort for womenswear; hooded layers, track pants and shorts for menswear and unisex. A muted palette of Granite Navy, Ice Grey and Dewdrop Blue anchors the range, finished with subtle detailing and the ‘7 Circle P’ emblem.

Running in parallel is PANGAIA’s second collaboration with Coral Gardeners, a limited-edition capsule focused on ocean restoration. The drop reworks a hoodie and T-shirt in organic cotton, both treated with PPRMINT™ technology to extend wear between washes, and detailed with understated graphics tied to the cause.

Coral Gardeners began in Mo’orea, French Polynesia, and has since grown into a global reef restoration movement, with more than 220,000 corals planted across French Polynesia, Fiji and Thailand. Its work spans underwater nurseries, reef replanting and monitoring via CG Labs, alongside education and advocacy efforts.

The urgency is clear: coral reefs support roughly a quarter of marine life, yet more than half have been lost in recent decades, with up to 90% projected to disappear by 2050 without intervention.

PANGAIA has also made a financial contribution to support ongoing restoration work. The capsule launches globally on pangaia.com.
