Sculptural figures—part myth, part modern art—nod to tradition, while floor-to-ceiling windows and a spiralling staircase echo the drama of its surroundings. Overhead, illuminated umbrellas drift like paper lanterns—a quiet tribute to Asian symbolism, speaking of prosperity and calm. But Alba’s story isn’t told through design alone. Under the eye of Chef Vladimir Chistyakov, the kitchen crafts a menu rooted in precision and range, blending Japanese clarity, Korean heat, and Mediterranean freshness. We began with Edamame dusted in Nori Salt—minimal, but quietly assertive. The Wagyu Nigiri arrived next: a delicate sear, soft marbling, and a whisper of citrus that cut through the richness without overpowering it.
